Mersey Tunnel Tour	25/04/24	18.00	Five members enjoyed the tunnel tour on Thursday 25 April. The tunnel was opened in 1934 by King George V costing £8m, at todays rate £717m The tunnel was constructed totally by hand and took 8years 8months to complete.
